  • No worries, our goal at Foot Rx Running is to find you the perfect pair of shoes. We offer a 30 day exchange policy. We want you to go out and use your shoes in everyday life. If you have any pain or discomfort, please bring them back for an exchange. We will work with you until we find the right shoe for you. Please note that there is a $10 exchange fee.

  • Everyone's feet are different. We really have to take a look at your feet and your walking pattern in order to know what the best route is for you. There are many times when an orthotic isn't needed, but strengthening your feet with exercises is the answer. Other times, people just need a different shoe. We encourage you to call with any questions or to stop in to talk any member of our sales team about what direction might be best for you.

  • While many of our customers are referred by a physical therapist or physician, it is not necessary to have a referral to set up an appointment. Feel free to give us a call!

  • You do not need an appointment to receive assistance in trying on shoes. You can stop in anytime (See our store hours). You only need an appointment if you would like to see one of our Pedorthists.

  • Please bring the shoes that you most frequently wear, as well as any referral note you may have received from your physical therapist or physician.

  • We do not take insurance in order to keep our prices as low as possible. However, many insurance companies may reimburse you for your appointment and orthotics. We would be happy to provide an invoice to give to your insurance provider if needed.
